  The beginning of my experience with Wortley Wellness was a phone call to them in hopes to book a massage for a very sore back. The receptionist was very friendly and was prompt to schedule me in for that evening. When I arrived, she greeted me right away and offered me a beverage while I waited for my massage therapist. I passed on the beverage but did ask her a lot of questions about the other services they provide which she was happy to chat about. After a short wait I was introduced to a Registered Massage Therapist named Jason. Jason began by discussing my experience with massage (which was very minimal) and what I was hoping to achieve. I explained the issue with my back and he asked a variety of questions to ensure he knew exactly where the pain was and what it felt like... Then it was massage time! Jason did such an amazing job. He was professional and respectful, making sure I was comfortable seemed to be his number one priority. I appreciate that he checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure I was okay (I had pulled a muscle and it was quite sore to touch). After the massage Jason gave me tips to keep the muscle from getting tight. I woke up this morning after finally getting a good night of sleep with a relief in my back that I had not felt for a week. I was so pleased that I had chosen Wortley Wellness and will absolutely be referring the Centre, as well as Jason, to my friends and business colleagues - they exceeded my expectations.

  I have been involved with London Personal Trainer Wortley Wellness in his 30 day 30 lb weight loss challenge and I can honestly say that this is the best personal trainer I have come across in a very long time. His workouts are simple but not easy. Not by a long shot. Although you are working hard, you are having a tremendous amount of fun. He keeps you inspired and motivated. He is an honest personal trainer who is a straight shooter and gives it to you the way it is. The nutrition plan is outstanding. It's simple, a little restrictive, but simple. You will not go hungry! No crash diets. I have been with Wortley Wellness now for a couple of years. His LGN challenge is spectacular! With his diet, I not only lost weight but my cholesterol levels went back to normal, most of my headaches subsided, I felt more energetic than ever. I highly recommend this London Personal Trainer. I am definitely on the road to achieving my health and fitness goals. I also thank him from the bottom of my heart for coming into my life when he did! Thanks
