  Ive been getting shots for over 10 years i make 4 to 6 visits a year. Paid parking structure plus parking meter parking on Wellington. Food aint that bad. All the dr i have dealt with the experiences have been positive.

  I am so disgusted by the lack of empathy I faced today. I have had 3 reoccurring abscesses in my throat which prevent me from breathing at night. The first time this happened they rushed me in, gave me fluids and then had my abscess drained. The second time, they threw antibiotics at me and told me that was it and when it came back this week I came to urgent care. I have been waiting in the private ent room for 4 hours just to even see a doctor to assess my throat. Everybody else has already been released and there should be no excuse to not see me, as this pain is excruciating. When I asked the nurse how much longer she patronized me that my case wasn't bad and said that the important cases need to go first. She said I was next and now 2 hours have gone past since she said that. Thanks for the neglect.
