  I was told several different stories regarding some paper work that was (never) filled out. When questioning this, receptionists all told me different stories. One stated that it was sent and to just have patience. Another said she sent new copy for me - yet never did. Another receptionist was just rude and had an unprofessional attitude. It goes on like this for weeks! At first I loved this clinic. However and very sadly I understand why so many people told me not to seek their medical help. I will not be returning.

  Do not waste your time here. One star is too generous for the SOFT Clinic in London. We ignored the advice of everyone we talked to and went with a very open mind and were excited to finally talk to a professional who could help get us answers after 3 miscarriages. The service was unfriendly from the moment we walked into the empty clinic (literally we were the only ones there). They had not recieved my bloodwork from my midwife and decided to call them 45 min after we were sitting in the waiting room and requested that she send the results over for my appointment. We waited about an hour to see the Doctor Frank - there was nobody else in the clinic - but her door was open and she didn't seem busy. When Doctor Frank finally saw us she didn't even want to shake our hand. She was unprofessional, condesending and didn't offer us to do any testing (except chromosome test - which we were told takes 6-8 months). Without even asking us 1 question about our medical history/miscarriages she told me to take 1 aspirin per day and wrote me a prescription to take Progesterone daily...there would be no other tests and that should "fix the problem". When I asked about other testing and IVF she laughed and said "you won't be able to afford IVF...it's very expensive." (???) The appointment lasted about 5 minutes and left feeling even more confused than when we arrived. Go to the Fertility Clinic at Victoria Hospital - they do Chromosome testing right away at the hospital and do a myriad of other tests as well. Don't waste your time at SOFT.
