- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife and I are both in wheelchairs and have not seen him in around a year. so my wife calls up to get an appointment for a bad cough that lasted 2 weeks and was keeping her up at night (not to mention me) and the responce she got was "we have moved and we are not wheelchair accessable at this time" so a few days later she called back and asked if they were going to be any time soon and the responce this time was "We don't think we will be" They won't even give us the address that they moved to! and we have time sensitive forms that need to be filled out and he won't even fill them out. So now we are looking for a new dr. and have to get our medical history moved wich will cost us $$$ and this is the 4th time he has moved since we have been patients. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS!!!by A Google UserFebruary 09, 2017
