- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've gone here for about 18 years and never had a bad experience! There was a bit of a mix up with the booking of my latest [last-minute] appointment; I requested a cleaning appointment to be booked during a specific week, but there was a misunderstanding and I was booked for the week later. When I showed up for what I thought was my appointment date, there was a little confusion, but they didn't send me home. Instead, they were able to find a hygienist to schedule me in between her patients.
