  I researched Lens PresbyVision online and also called their toll free number to ask questions. I told the representative that I was interested in specifically this procedure and was planning on going to the London clinic. After she answered all my questions, she directed me to make my consultation appointment online. I did so and arrived at the clinic a few days ago. After waiting 40 minutes, I saw a Doctor who informed me that they actually don't do the procedure there. No problem...stuff happens...but I did take the opportunity to offer him some friendly advice. I politely advised him that I had a long drive and wasted many hours which would have been avoided with better information on the website and on the information line. He became indignant and started ranting about how the receptionist couldn't possible know clinical information. He was extremely rude and not the least bit apologetic. I got up to leave before he was finished talking as it was a ridiculous conversation. For the heck of it I called the information line again today and asked her specifically the check and see if the procedure could be done in London and she had me hold for a few moments and came back and said "Yes, it is!" - The moral here is their information is not trustworthy and the doctor I saw was incredible arrogant and stubborn and no one I'd want anywhere near my eyes! I will go elsewhere!

  Couldn't have asked for better service. My original consultation was faster than expected and they made me feel great about taking on the opportunity to be glasses/contacts free. Day of the surgery was super smooth, I was out of there faster than expected once again. 20/20 Vision almost the day after, and was at 20/20 within the first 3 days. Great staff and great service, highly recommend to anyone comparing them to TLC as they charge almost a couple thousand more for what I consider to be the same technology and procedure with an equally experience surgeon!
