- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They don't claim anything for insurance until 7 months later, what happened to me is I had an appointment in August 2010, and I was with Sun life insurance at the time. So in January 2011 I changed to Industrial Alliance, so then in February 2011 I went for another appointment and they told me that I didn't owe them anything from the last time that I went. March 2011 I got a letter from the Dentist saying that Industrial Alliance won't pay a bill from August 2010. Well I argued with them that they messed up by filing the claim 7 months later and they argued saying that they did, without ever providing any concrete proof that they did. I called Sun Life and they never received anything from them for that claim. Then they sent me to collections, they didn't even try to do anything to help at all, they told me it was my fault and sent me to collections. They have terrible business practices, they don't own up to their mistakes, and they have the worst filing system I've ever seen. Don't go, unless you want to get pushed around and treated like garbage.by A Google UserAugust 04, 2017
