  If I could give 0 stars I would! Not only are the dentists incompetent but so are the hygienists and office staff! To elaborate- my daughter needed a root canal done. I spoke with them previous to the procedure and told them she is very anxious and it may not go well if she gets spooked. As we walk into the room the utensils are all laid and displayed for anyone to see... ya seeing several needles and unknown objects wasn't exactly accomadating for a 6 yr old!! Also the dentist did a hack job! Had to get it redone by a Pediatric dentist who said the tooth actually had to be removed as it was infected from the previous procedure.. my son also needed work done so I was proactive and requested the dentist and the office staff to send the referral to the pediactic dentist.. 3 months later I called the ped dentist to find out what the wait was as we haven't heard from them and they Never got a referral from Dove.. when I called to ask what happened the office said it was never sent because they can do it in there office! I told her if that was the case then why didn't I make an appt for the work!! Just excuses for dropping the ball.. they may be good with emergency cases but seriously if you can wait a day see a dentist office that are good so you don't have to get the work redone!!

  I've had treatment done by all 3 dentists and 2 hygentists over the past 2 year's. I was very pleased with their committment to my oral health. Excellent work and a fantastic team!
