  Not very happy. I was unfortunately on social assistance at the time. I was scheduled for an appointment 6 weeks prior to this posted review, and 2 days ago, they call to tell me it has to be rescheduled. Much to my chagrin, I find that I am being pushed back another 5 weeks and told there is another clinic I can go to - but it is too far for me to go, way off the beaten path. Asking the reason why I needed to be rescheduled, I was told there was "an existing client" who needed my spot, and I informed them that I needed just as urgent care as they. My situation may or may not have anything to do with getting treatment, but I feel it is. I am collecting OW as a part of my summer being a student, it is temporary and once I graduate will be a productive member of society. I could have been a long-term client of theirs, but now I am not too sure. Being pushed aside because I was " new" client is shoddy at best, the real suspected discriminatory reasons though are much worse. I don't see how an existing client beats out a new client, emergency or no.
