  (Review for CAA Road Service). Unfortunately had to use twice in last 6 months. Call Reps very Friendly, pleasant to deal with. The text msg updates are great.. Honestly, how could you not have a CAA Membership? Even for the basic package, the cost is no more (maybe even less) then calling in for a local tow. I've always wanted a membership​. So I finally did it... On the day of my first tow. I called around for a truck was told $80.. called CAA Signed up for basic which was around $70.. in the same call I ordered a truck. So now I saved money on the tow and have 3 more plus other benefits! Lol this is great. Do yourself the favor and have peace of mind.. and in any vehicle. Thanks CAA

  I was on my way to work when my car broke down and I got a tow to work because there is a mechanic at my shop and the CAA tow truck driver didnt accept debit and only had about 90 cents on him so instead of paying the $34 I owed I had to pay $40. This is absolutely ridiculous, CAA is a nation wide company that should accept more then just cash in this day and ago. Very dissatisfied
