  I couldn't agree more with the other comments. Dr. Lyttle and the nurse are amazing practitioners (5/5). However, the receptionist makes the experience very challenging. I have personally been a victim of her rudeness and condescending behaviour and have also witnessed her behave this way to numerous other caregivers/parents. She is relentless in her attempts to exert her 'power' by being overly authoritative and pushing back on anything and everything (heaven forbid you forget your child's health card!!!! Or want to change an appointment, expect to be challenged and questioned as if your doing something to personally offend her! inquiring about test results, you name It!). I too, dread calling or going as a result of having to communicate with her. My rating is so low because of the aforementioned and although all the other staff are wonderful, the receptionist is still being kept on staff despite not providing respectful and thoughtful care to Patients, which truly impacts the overall experience.
